Blue flag beaches

I for one dont understand the politicians…

Here at Jæren where I live, I dare to say we have some of the worlds most prettiest beaches.. Norway is a great land with so much potential when it comes to the travel industry. But slow or maybe ignorant politicians does not make it easy to promote Norway and all its glory. We have such a long way to get to our potential here.

Like the thing of the blue flag beaches for instance. In my region alone there are miles and miles of sandy spotless beaches, but did any of the people in charge react to promote Norway or jaren as a great beach destination – and did you know that we are?

Let me show you some of the beauty and just outside my doorstep. We are talking 10-15 minutes by car.

Bore Beach - kilometres of endless sand and waves a kite paradise

Bore beach - a true blue flag worthy beach
Sele beach – a another true blue flag worthy beach
Hitting those waves, quite cold but oh so much fun
