Kragerø Resort are situated in Stabbestad, Telemark. Overlooking Kragerø a beautiful coastal city. Golf, Spa and wellness are in focus at this Resort.

We (me and Grumpy) jumped at the idea of a spontanously weekend getaway. To seek up the summer and sun. But most of all to have a small summer getaway. The trip east to Kragerø takes us about 5-6 hours in car (from Stavanger) We made a couple of stops so Bruno the Chi could have some air and stretch his legs. Because YES dogs are welcomed at Kragerø Resort.

Initially we had booked a double room. But upon arrival and after seeing their rooms we upgraded to the Ocean View suite. And I would highly recommend you do it to, unless you are just staying the night and just need a bed to sleep in. We went from no view to the most amazing sea view. Looking straight down at Kragerø and out on many of the Islands on this coastal part of Norway. This way Bruno had access to the outside in a protective environment and we had spectacular sights and both sunsets and Sunrises.
